I understand that by participating in this Dixie Days event/activity that there may be risks that exist while entering and exiting from vehicles and walking throughout the City. I assume the risk(s) of this event/activity and release the City of St. George, its officers, employees, volunteers, agents, and any persons or entities with which/whom the City is now or in the future affiliated (collectively “the City”), from any and all liability, lawsuits, or claims for injuries, death, or property damage resulting from, arising out of, or in any way connected with this Dixie Days event/activity. I further acknowledge that this Waiver and Release from Liability is binding on my heirs, dependents, and assigns, as well as myself.
