Please complete this form to be added to the waitlist to surrender your dog to the St. George Animal Shelter.
The St. George Animal Shelter can only accept dogs from residents of the City of St. George.
There will be a $50 owner release fee due at the time of your appointment to surrender your dog.
If you are not a resident of the City of St. George, please contact your local municipal services for surrender options in your area.
Upon submission, you will receive an email confirmation.
When an opening becomes available at the shelter, you will be notified via email.
To ensure our waitlist is current, you will also receive a monthly email asking you to confirm your continued interest in surrendering your dog.
